So, I know being skinny doesn't necessarily mean that you're healthy. But seriously, friends know me as the crazy sporty one, yet I am told by some that I should exercise more, and on other occasions, that I should eat more. Confusing? Contradicting? Infuriating? Friends also know that I love to cook and bake, and consequently, eat. Of course, I also have to taste other people's cooking so that means I eat more than I cook. But I still am the shape and size that I am. Could it be BECAUSE I exercise?? I may not do it everyday, but I think what I do every other day is pretty strenuous and I take a day off to prevent injury.
Urgh, it's hot, I'm bothered, and I'm still waiting. Double urgh.
